I was recently asked how to get the Microsoft Dynamics GP General Ledger Account Segments into an Excel file. I thought, I’ll just do a four-part series. It doesn’t matter what you want, if it’s in Dynamics GP, you can get it into Microsoft Excel.
In this series, I’ll show you how to achieve this using the following tools:
- SmartList Designer
- Excel Power Query
- SmartList Builder (eOne Product)
- Excel Builder (eOne Product)
In this part, I’ll use the SmartList Designer. If you have GP version 2015 or higher, you have it.
