Master of the (Microsoft Dynamics GP) Order

The Master number is a unique number that links together Microsoft Dynamics GP Sales Order Processing (SOP) documents, following a customer order from Creation to Posting.

This video shows how I temporarily keep an Order Open, for Change Orders to be issued later, all the while keeping the same Master Number.

FRx used as a summary Microsoft Dynamics GP TB and a CPA worksheet

Here is a report I like to build for my Dynamics GP customers. It can be used to verify whether accounts have been added since the last printing, and it can be used to compare totals of other reports to ensure accuracy.

401k Strikes a match (Microsoft Dynamics GP Benefit to Deduction)

This video shows the Microsoft Dynamics GP Deduction AND the Benefit screens for employees with 401k plans. The Benefit is set to match the Employee’s deduction 100%, with both Benefit and Deduction having a maximum amount.
