Another “Out of the Box” Microsoft Dynamics GP Sales Order Processing (SOP) feature that is not used enough is Process Holds. In this video, I not only show how to set up a hold, but assign it, use it, and inquiry on them.

Here is a report I like to build for my Dynamics GP customers. It can be used to verify whether accounts have been added since the last printing, and it can be used to compare totals of other reports to ensure accuracy.
